- Flight delays
- Accidents
- Sudden illness
- Mandatory country lockdowns
- Last-minute carnival cancellations
- Unforeseen weather leading to carnival cancellation or postponement
**How Service Credits Work**
1. Review our full refund policy to confirm your eligibility for a service credit.

3. Upon contacting us, you will receive an email within 72 hours confirming whether your service credit has been approved.
4. You will receive a unique redeem code, which can be used once during checkout.
5. You have the option to transfer your service credit to another person. Please inform us with the recipient's full name and contact details.
