What’s Included with Each Station Rental:

  1. Premium Conference Room: Experience a fully air-conditioned hotel conference space featuring music to create the perfect Carnival vibe for you and your clients.
  2. Receptionist Services: A dedicated receptionist ensures smooth coordination and an exceptional client experience.
  3. Workstation Setup: Each station comes with one (1) 6x4 table covered with a sleek black spandex cover.
  4. Highchair with Back Cushion: Enjoy comfort and style with a premium highchair designed for beauty services.
  5. Light Refreshments: Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided for you and your clients.
  6. Wing Check Service: A designated area for clients to safely store large Carnival costumes while enjoying beauty services.
  7. Dressing Rooms: Convenient private rooms equipped with large mirrors and dressing assistants.
  8. Client Waiting Area: A comfortable space accommodating up to two clients awaiting their appointments.
  9. Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttle transportation for clients to the nearest Carnival drop-off point. After 6am - until closing time. 
  10. On-site Parking: Convenient parking available for clients and professionals.

Optional Upgrades:

  1. Bag Bay Service: Secure overnight storage for client bags at $30 USD, with next-day pickup by 1 PM.
  2. Bring a Friend: For $45 USD/ person, clients can bring a friend to enjoy light refreshments, wing check services, dressing rooms, and shuttle access.
  3. Additional Highchair: Add an extra highchair for an assistant or another makeup artist for $300 USD (additional table not included & all terms and conditions apply).

Station Rental Payment Details:

Station fee: $300usd

  1. Full Payment: Pay the entire amount upfront for your station rental.
  2. Deposit Option: Secure your station with a $100 USD deposit. The remaining balance is due one month before the rental date.

Station Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Payments:

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • A $100 deposit is required to secure your station. The balance must be paid one month before the event date to avoid cancellation without a refund.

2. Operating Hours:

  • Stations are available during specified operating hours, which must be strictly adhered to.

3. Setup Time:

  • Access to set up your station begins one hour before the scheduled start time.

4. Equipment and Attire:

  • Professionals must bring their own cosmetic materials, lighting equipment, hand mirrors, and extension cords.
  • Professional all-black attire is required.

5. Conduct:

  • Behaviors such as cursing, violence, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

6. Client Satisfaction:

  • Professionals are solely responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of their clients.

7. Booking Information:

  • An appointment sheet listing client names and times must be submitted 48 hours before the event for receptionist use.

8. Maximum Clients:

  • A maximum of 15 clients is allowed per station. Additional clients will incur a charge of $30 USD each.

9. Waiting Area:

  • Only two clients per hour are permitted in the waiting area.

10. Punctuality and Professionalism:

  • Punctuality and professionalism are mandatory at all times.

11. Extra Persons:

  • Clients are not permitted to bring extra guests unless they pay $45 USD for access to the beauty lounge and amenities.

12. Liability:

  • Carnival Glam World Tour is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by professionals to clients or property. The station renter assumes full responsibility for any such incidents.

13. Client Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Carnival Glam World Tour is not responsible for unsatisfied clients booked by professionals.

14. Walk-in Clients:

  • Walk-in clients are welcome and must settle payment within seven (7) days after the event. Rates are as follows:
    • Makeup: $120 USD
    • Airbrush Body Bronzing: $65 USD
    • Braided Ponytail: $40 USD

15. CARNIVAL GLAM WORLD TOUR reserves the exclusive right to decline or terminate the participation of any station renter whose brand, services, or messaging are deemed inconsistent with our standards, values, or overall vision. This decision may be exercised at any stage, including prior to agreement confirmation or during the event, if it is determined that the renter's presence may negatively impact the integrity, atmosphere, or goals of the tour. By submitting an application, station renters acknowledge and accept that such decisions are made at the sole discretion of CARNIVAL GLAM WORLD TOUR and are final.
