Natalia Forte is a name synonymous with luxury, beauty, and empowerment in the world of makeup artistry. The founder and owner of Carnival Glam World Tour, this 30-year-old makeup artist and entrepreneur from the beautiful island of Barbados has crafted a global empire from her passion for making women feel beautiful, confident, and unstoppable.

Natalia’s journey began at just 16 years old, when she first discovered her love for makeup. What started as hours spent in front of the computer screen, experimenting on herself, soon led to a pivotal role as a junior makeup artist at the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation in Barbados, working alongside her aunt, Joanna Jones. There, Natalia honed her craft in television makeup, while also specializing in bridal looks across the island, gaining invaluable experience.

Her talent did not go unnoticed. Within three years, she became one of the youngest makeup artists to join the prestigious MAC Cosmetics team at Limegrove in Barbados. With a deep commitment to perfecting her skills, she became MAC Certified and quickly rose to the position of Product Specialist. Natalia’s devotion to the beauty industry grew stronger every day, as did her passion for helping women feel confident and radiant with each brushstroke.

In 2015, Natalia took a bold step and founded Carnival Glam World Tour. That year, she secured her first seven clients — women visiting Barbados for the vibrant Crop Over Festival. Little did she know that those seven would return year after year, bringing friends along with them. What started as a small venture quickly blossomed, growing to serve 50, 100, and eventually, over 100 clients in just one day.

As her business expanded, Natalia scaled her operation by handpicking talented makeup artists & beauticians who shared her vision and passion. Together, they formed a team dedicated to delivering unparalleled glamour and ensuring that every client walks away feeling stunning and confident.

Today, Carnival Glam World Tour has made its mark across the globe, visiting over 10 international destinations and transforming the beauty experience of more than 14,000+ clients. Through it all, Natalia’s mission remains unwavering: to provide every Carnival Queen with a premium, luxury experience that leaves them feeling beautiful, confident, and ready to take on the road with their stunning carnival beauty.

 Onica Naar is a talented Guyanese makeup artist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. Her impressive portfolio includes working behind the scenes of pageants, fashion shows, photoshoots, and weddings, where she has had the privilege of beautifying well-known celebrities such as Patrice Roberts, Shaneil Muir, and Lady Lava.

 Onica's journey into the world of cosmetology began at a young age when she discovered her natural talent for beauty. After completing her education as a cosmetologist, she decided to expand her skill set by delving into makeup artistry. Under the guidance of renowned Guyanese makeup artist Renee Chester, Onica completed both beginner and master makeup classes, laying the foundation for her flourishing career.

 Driven by her passion for creating art through makeup, Onica sought to enhance her skills further and enrolled in a master class with the esteemed "Think Pink Cosmetics Amelia" by Pinky, an international makeup artist based in Trinidad & Tobago. This experience earned her a second pro-master certificate and inspired her to strive for excellence in her craft.

 In 2012, Onica launched her makeup studio Aurora Rush Makeup Artistry, marked the beginning of her journey as a full-time makeup artist. Through dedication and hard work, she honed her expertise in customer service, product knowledge, and specialized techniques, earning a reputation as a sought-after makeup artist local & internationally.

 Looking towards the future, Onica dreams of global recognition in the beauty industry, aspiring to collaborate with fellow makeup artists, top brands, designers, models, and celebrities worldwide. Inspired by YouTube and Instagram tutorials, she began experimenting with makeup on herself. Upon returning to St. Lucia, Nella found her confidence and skill in makeup artistry, delighting friends and family with her talent for enhancing their natural beauty.

 As word spread about Nella's artistry, her clients received numerous compliments on their makeup, solidifying her belief in her ability to serve others. With seven years of experience under her belt, Nella finds joy in showcasing her diverse techniques during carnival season, where vibrant colors reflect her personality - vibrant and diligent. As her confidence grew, she began freelancing for a small fee, using the earnings to invest in and expand her makeup kit. This dedication to her craft eventually led her to work under an established makeup artist for nearly 2 years, gaining invaluable experience in an environment tailored to her interests.

In 2020, amidst personal milestones such as welcoming her daughter, Amber faced the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, it was also during this tumultuous year that she seized the opportunity to open her own business space, undeterred by the circumstances.
