Booking Policies

๐Ÿ”น Booking Details & Requirements

  • Please ensure that the following booking information is correct: full name, email address, telephone number, carnival destination, service(s), time, and date.
  • All clients must complete a client profile card within 24 hours of receiving the form link via email.
  • Clients must arrive no later than 30 minutes before the booked appointment time for registration. Valid picture ID and booking confirmation details are required (preferably digital).

๐Ÿ”น Payments & Deposits

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Prices on our booking site may vary based on demand.
  • Any changes to service prices will not affect your remaining balance. It will remain as indicated in your initial payment and confirmation email.
  • Final payment must be made before or on the payment due date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund.
  • Final payments are made via PayPal. Invoices are emailed 2โ€“4 weeks before the payment due date.
  • After the final payment due date, appointments must be confirmed with FULL PAYMENT.
  • A $50 USD registration fee (non-refundable) is required to secure bookings during pre-registration. After this period, a 50% deposit will be required. Once the final deadline passes, full payment is required.
  • Refunds are not available for complimentary services or free offerings. Refunds only apply if a paid service is canceled by Carnival Glam World Tour.

  • Miami Carnival: 29th August 2025

  • Trinidad Carnival 2026: 27th November 2025
  • Vincy Mas 2026: 31st May 2026
  • St. Lucia Carnival 2026: 31st May 2026
  • Crop Over 2026: 30th June 2026
  • Spice Mas 2O26: 30th June 2026

๐Ÿ”น Late Payment, Reactivation & Transfers

  • If canceled due to non-payment, clients have two weeks to reactivate their slot (same time if available or a new one) or transfer the booking to another CGWT destination within the same year.
  • Reactivation fee: $25 USD
  • After the reactivation window, deposits are forfeited.
  • To transfer a booking to another Carnival destination, a minimum of four weeks' notice is required. Less than four weeks: $100 USD penalty.
  • One-time booking transfers to another person are allowed (same date, time, service & destination) with at least 2 weeksโ€™ notice via email.
  • A rescheduling fee of $50 USD applies to each change in appointment date or time. Changes must be for the same booked destination.


๐Ÿ”น Cancellations & Credits

  • Cancellations made at least two weeks before the service date: $50 USD fee deducted; balance issued as transferable service credit valid for 2 years.
  • Cancellations within two weeks of the appointment: no service credit.
  • Service credits can be used at any destination and are transferable.

๐Ÿ”น Group Bookings & Discounts

  • Group discount available for 5+ people booking the same service, date, and destination using code CGWT10GD.
  • Misuse of redeem codes = booking cancellation and permanent platform ban.
  • Group leader must submit group membersโ€™ names and manage all payments.
  • Redeem codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively or after expiration.

๐Ÿ”น Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Arrivals 10 minutes late: appointment canceled without a refund.
  • Alternatively, pay a $50 USD penalty to be added to the walk-in waitlist (first come, first served).

๐Ÿ”น Service Experience & Liability

  • House calls are NOT AVAILABLE on Carnival Days in ANY DESTINATION.
  • Clients must review and approve their Carnival Glam service before leaving the service checkout. No changes are permitted afterward.
  • Carnival Glam World Tour is not responsible for alterations to makeup/hair/tanning due to showers, product application, or personal actions.
  • Clients must report any skin conditions or allergies prior to service and in their client profile.
  • Carnival Glam World Tour is not liable for allergic reactions if such details are not disclosed.
  • Sanitization of tools and products is ensured between each client.

๐Ÿ”น Media, Photography & Consent

  • Photos/videos taken by the team may be used for promotional/advertising purposes.
  • By agreeing to the policies, clients consent to the use of these materials across CGWTโ€™s platforms.
  • Clients may request photos/videos via email. Full albums will be posted to Facebook 2โ€“4 weeks after service.

๐Ÿ”น Photoshoot Policies

  • Pre-edits (unedited preview shots) are delivered within 1โ€“3 days post-Carnival.
  • Final edits (5 HD images per session) will be delivered within 3โ€“5 days after selection.
  • Carnival Glam World Tour retains the full rights to use photos and videos taken during photoshoots or videoshoots for:
    • Promotional materials
    • Social media
    • Website galleries
    • Advertising content

๐ŸŒŸ We respect your image and brand. Photos will never be used in a misleading, inappropriate, or disrespectful way. Clients may request exclusions via email, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


๐Ÿ”น Force Majeure

  • If bookings are canceled due to flight issues, baggage loss, weather events, pandemics, or destination safety concerns, CGWT reserves the right to cancel.
  • Clients will receive a service credit valid for 2 years, along with supporting documentation.
