Booking Policies
* Please ensure that the following booking information is correct: full name, email address, telephone number, carnival destination, service(s), time, and date.
* All PAYMENTS ARE non-refundable!
* Prices on our booking site may vary based on demand.
* Any changes to service prices will not affect your remaining balance. It will remain the same as indicated in your initial payment and outlined in your confirmation email.
* Final payment must be made before or on the payment due date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund.
* Final payments will be made via PayPal, and clients will receive an invoice via email 2-4 weeks before the payment due date.
* After final payment due date. Appointment(s) must be confirmed with FULL PAYMENT.
*If your appointment booking/s is cancelled due to non-payment by the final due date, you have a two-week window to reactivate your slot at the same time (if available) or choose another available time slot OR You can transfer your booking to another Carnival destination included in the CARNIVAL GLAM WORLD TOUR within the same calendar year. A reactivation fee of $25 USD will apply to proceed with your appointment.
*Your reactivation period expires two weeks after cancellation, after which your deposits will no longer be accessible or refunded.
FINAL PAYMENT DATES:
2025 destinations
-Trinidad Carnival 2025 - 27th November 2024
(Extended to person/s who booked after the 27/11/24) after this time a 75% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due by February 3, 2025.
-Vincy Mas - 31st May, 2025
-St. Lucia Carnival - 31st May, 2025
-Crop Over - 30th June, 2025
-Antigua Carnival - 30th June, 2025
-Spice Mas - 30th June, 2025
* Pre-registration will open one week after the confirmation of a Carnival Destination for the upcoming year. A non-refundable registration fee of $50 USD is required to secure your booking. Please note that all standard booking policies apply. After this period ends, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Once the final payment deadline has passed, full payment will be required to book your appointment(s).
* A group discount is available for bookings of five (5) or more individuals for the same service, date, and destination, using the redeem code CGWT10GD. Misuse of this code, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, will result in the cancellation of the booking/s without a refund, and the party responsible will be permanently prohibited from using this booking website. The group leader must be a single designated individual who will assume responsibility for listing the names of all group members before completing the booking. The group leader will also be accountable for finalizing all payments associated with the booking/s.
* All clients must complete a client profile card within 24 hours of receiving the form link via email.
* Clients must arrive no later than 30 minutes before the booked appointment time for registration. Valid picture ID and booking confirmation details are required (preferably digital).
* If a client arrives 10 minutes after their booked appointment time, the booking will be canceled without a refund. Alternatively, a penalty fee of $75 USD can be paid to rebook on our walk-in client's list, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis if available.
* Appointment rescheduling can only be done no later than 3 days before the appointment date.
* Clients are permitted one reschedule for each appointment. Following this, a $25 USD fee will be applied for each subsequent change.
* If a client wishes to transfer bookings to someone else, please send an email to CARNIVAL GLAM WORLD TOUR to confirm adjustments no later than 2 weeks before the appointment date. This must be for the same date, time, service & destination. Only one transfer per booking.
* Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled service date. A $50 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit or full payment. The remaining balance, after the fee is applied, will be issued as service credit. This credit is transferable and can be used by someone else in a different destination. It remains valid for up to two years.
*Cancellations made less than two weeks before the service date will not be eligible for a service credit.
* Redeem code cannot be combined.
* Redeem code can only be applied when active. Kindly note redeem code cannot be applied on past bookings or when expired.
* You can transfer your booking to another Carnival destination included in the CARNIVAL GLAM WORLD TOUR within the same calendar year. To qualify for this service transfer, please notify us at least four weeks before your original appointment date. Transfer requests made with less than four weeks' notice will incur a $100 USD penalty fee.
* All images and videos captured by our photographer, videographer, 360 video booth, or any member of our team will be uploaded to our social media platforms. If you would like them to be emailed to you, please contact us via email, and we’ll be happy to assist. Full albums will be available on our Facebook page 2-4 weeks after the service date.
* By agreeing to these booking policies, you grant Carnival Glam World Tour permission to capture before-and-after photos and videos for promotional and advertising purposes. These materials may be used on our website, social media platforms, or other promotional and media outlets. This agreement also serves as a release authorizing Carnival Glam World Tour to use this content for marketing purposes.
* Kindly note house calls are NOT AVAILABLE on Carnival Days in ANY DESTINATIONS.
* Carnival Glam World Tour ensures that all brushes and makeup products are kept sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin conditions or cosmetic allergies should be reported by the client to the makeup artist before cosmetic application and in their client profile card. By agreeing to these policies, the client releases Carnival Glam World Tour, its artists, assistants, and all staff from any liabilities for any allergic reactions caused due to a lack of information stated on the client profile card.
* Before leaving the service checkout, you must review and approve your Carnival Glam service. Please note that once you exit the checkout area, further changes to your Carnival Glam service will not be possible.
*Additionally, Carnival Glam World Tour is not responsible for any alterations to your beauty service application after it has been applied. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you shower and wet your makeup, hair, or airbrush body bronzing, or apply other products to these areas.
*Refunds are not available for complimentary or free offerings. Refunds are only provided for paid services, such as makeup, hair, or airbrush body bronzing, if the service is canceled for any reason.
* In the operational framework of CARNIVAL GLAM WORLD TOUR, if unforeseen circumstances like flight delays or cancellations, baggage loss by airlines, hurricanes, storms, pandemics, accidents, or sudden safety changes in a destination occur, our team retains the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, clients will receive a service credit valid for up to two years, usable in any destination. Legal documentation will be furnished to clients accordingly.
