Are you professional, punctual, and people-oriented? Join the Carnival Glam World Tour as a General Assistant and help deliver an unforgettable experience in our exclusive Beauty Lounge. We’re looking for high-energy individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for top-tier customer service.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
- Check that clients are wearing their Carnival Glam World Tour wristbands
- Confirm clients have their service cards before being seated
- Offer mimosas, light refreshments, and other complimentary amenities
- Safely store and label large backpacks in the designated Wing Bay Area
- Escort clients to their service providers and dressing rooms
- Assist dressing assistants as needed
- Support makeup artists by cleaning brushes and keeping workstations tidy
- Keep the beauty lounge and restrooms clean and organized throughout the day
- Escort clients to the shuttle at the end of their appointment
- Ensure smooth and secure check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all clients
- Work closely with the entire team to deliver a seamless, high-end experience
✅ Requirements:
- Must be 25 years or older
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Must wear professional all-black attire and display the official tour badge
- High school-level reading, writing, and typing skills required
- Previous customer service experience is a must
- Dependable team player with a can-do attitude
- Punctual – must arrive one hour prior to start time for setup
- Available for early morning shifts and able to stand for extended periods
