As part of our Beauty Lounge team, Dressing Assistants are responsible for ensuring each client is confidently and comfortably dressed in their carnival costume — ready to dazzle on the road.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet clients upon arrival
- Ensure clients are wearing their Carnival Glam World Tour wristbands
- Direct or assist clients in safely storing large backpacks in the Wing Bay Area
- Assist clients in dressing quickly and efficiently in their designated costumes
- Make sure all costume pieces are worn properly and securely (feathers, straps, bodywear, etc.)
- Provide support with minor adjustments or quick fixes as needed (clips, pins, etc.)
- Offer reassurance and comfort to clients who may need help with body confidence or mobility
- Ensure each client is runway-ready before leaving the dressing area
- Keep the dressing area tidy, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Maintain calm, professional, and positive energy in high-volume settings
- Work closely with the general assistants, glam team, and shuttle coordinators to ensure a seamless experience
- Support the overall flow of client movement from check-in to final shuttle boarding
✅ Requirements:
- Must be 25 years or older
- Friendly, respectful, and confident working with people of all body types and personalities
- Must wear professional all-black attire with the official Carnival Glam World Tour badge
- High school-level reading, writing, and typing ability
- Previous customer service, fashion, or styling experience is highly preferred
- Must be comfortable helping clients change clothing in a respectful, professional manner
- Strong attention to detail, especially in costume fit and presentation
- Punctual and dependable – arrive 1 hour before shift to assist with prep
- Able to stand for long hours and work early morning shifts as required
- Team player with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
